James
I read in SE22 magazine* that a pop-up restaurant is opening locally. Anyone heard anything?*If you consider the term "magazine" to cover a collection of amateurish adverts with blurry photos and strangely ecstatic reviews of local restaurants Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/8962-pop-up-restaurant/ Share on other sites
*Bob*
We haven't had SE22 Magazine for some time now. I can only assume it must have been something I said. SCSB79
Is it anything to do with Franks that was on top of the Peckham Plex? Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/8962-pop-up-restaurant/#findComment-271682 Share on other sites
Jah Lush
Didn't know that SE22 magazine was still going. Not seen in for a couple of years now. Same goes for Living South. lorraineliyanage
I like SE22 magazine, it's a quick read whilst I'm on the loo in the morning. I doubt the pop-up restaurant is related to the one in Peckham... James
I love SE22 magazine. It gets all the s**t off my a*se when I run out of loo paper. On a more serious note, yes apparently it's going to be in East Dulwich - nothing to do with Frank's in Peckham. ianr
I'm still mystified by this use of pop-up. I don't know if I'm the only one, but I'm hoping for some illumination from Newsnight on BBC2 tonight. Their e-mail flyer for today has:"On tonight's show - how much would you pay for a postcard of Jeremy Paxman or Kirsty Wark? That's what Steve Smith is attempting to find out on his pop up stall in Carnaby Street. He's reporting on the whole pop up phenomenon - from shops to restaurants to Nissan cars."
