Wanted: studio space for designer

Hello,

I'm not sure if this is the right section (apologies if it isn't!) but I'm looking for studio space to rent in East Dulwich/surrounding area.

I have recently taken on a few more projects and need extra space to cope with the increase in design work. I'm looking for a space that's around 4m x 4m square give or take, and access to a sink. I also need to spray paint from time to time.

If anyone knows of a space I'd be happy to hear from them! Many thanks M
