Au Pair wanted from May 2016 in SE22

Recommended Posts

We are an easy going English/Australian family living in East Dulwich who will need an au pair to look after our 4 year old girl and 2.5 year old boy.

Our daughter attends the local primary school, and our son is in nursery three days a week, both are within walking distance. We both work, one of us in the city the other studying midwifery full-time. We're looking for someone to become part of the family, to help muck in when needed, be responsible but also have freedom and time to do their own stuff. What would that look like? We're open to negotiating terms to make sure it's a comfortable and fair arrangement for all.

Weekday duties include:

Mornings - breakfast with the kids and get them to school/nursery, then the rest of the day is yours 3 days a week until 3.20pm when our daughter finishes school.

Afternoons - school pickups, reading, homework, prepare evening meal (some nights). Take children to local parks, playgrounds, playdates

Light housework - children's laundry, bedroom tidying, keeping shared areas tidy (we have a cleaner for main housework).

Some requirement for babysitting, there is the potential for weekend days as required, due to our work/work travel commitments. Any extra hours will all be arranged with plenty of notice.

What we offer you is: full board with meals, own room with cable tv. Mobile phone with data plan. Contribution to Oyster travel card. We are less than 5 min walk to bus stop, around 45 mins to central London).

Interested candidates will be comfortable with active toddlers and driving in a busy city. You'll also be flexible and fair around scheduling, and reliable. Minimum 1 year commitment.

We will pay you ?100 a week.

Please send your CV and a brief intro to [email protected]

Many thanks
