Looking for babysitter/nanny: ad hoc hours - mostly Fri/Sat daytime

Hello. We are looking to find a babysitter/nanny who we can use on a fairly regular basis so that we have someone trusted and familiar to look after our eldest daughter mostly but sometimes our baby too. (The girls are 18 months and six weeks old). We are currently in SE22 but buying a house needing renovation in SE23. We are anticipating shopping trips and site visits with a toddler won't be such a good idea which is why we would like to find someone we can rely on. For the moment it would be a few hours here and there on Fridays/Saturdays during the day but possibly the odd weekday afternoon as well and perhaps some evenings once our youngest is a bit older.
