My partner and I are looking for a 2 bed property with some kind of outside space, balcony or garden. We're professionals in our thirties working in financial services and telecoms. I have a 2 bed apartment at 479 Lordship Lane (the block is about 10 years old) it is unfurnished and ready to let. It has a lovely view from the terrace. Two years ago it was let for ?1400 and I would be happy to let it at ?1500.

It does not have a lift though but is very secure and has private parking/ bike shed.
