I read this first thing and at first thought it was a joke, but then watched the video and realised he is serious.

I like his thinking, prison is not meant to be easy for offenders so maybe we need this man to assist in the designing of the new UK prisons

My only concern is won't the crocodiles just eat the piranhas ?

I spent a morning in Brazil sitting on a boat in the Amazon fishing for piranha. At lunchtime we went for a swim in the same river. As long as you are not bleeding in any way, it is quite safe. They are not like in the movies at all.
