Recommended Personal Trainer, Tom Lynas

I'd like to recommend Tom Lynas as a Personal Trainer, of Bear Drills Fitness.


He's been working (separately) with my husband and I since March this year.


We've both been really pleased with our progress. I have improved my core strength, I have steadily increased the size of weights I use, despite some initial nervousness with them, and best of all I've had a few nice comments from friends and family! Weekly sessions with Tom at home or on Peckham Rye have been fun, varied and of course challenging. I am really pleased that I am now maintaining a healthier weight and and that I generally feel more in control of my health.


My husband has seen huge improvements in his flexibility and has also lost a few stubborn pounds. We are both really motivated to push ourselves at every session, having built up a great relationship with Tom.


Tom really knows his stuff and is always willing to go above and beyond, keeping in touch with progress during the week, helping with diet, suggesting recipes, and improving technique.
