Professional couple looking for a 1 bed flat, long-let, in East Dulwich/Peckham from mid January

Hi,

Myself and my partner are looking for a one bed flat in the East Dulwich (and surrounding) area, with a tenancy starting around mid January; we currently live behind Goose Green and our landlord will be moving back into the property in mid February. We can be flexible with the move-in date.

We both work full time in Central London - I work in Film and my partner works for a national charity - and we both have close ties to the area, having previously lived in Telegraph Hill. We have a maximum budget of around ?1,200 pcm, although can be flexible to a degree. We are also looking for a long term tenancy, a minimum of 12 months if possible, but ideally longer.
