Hi there

We?re a relaxed, creative couple who live locally but also travel a lot.

We?re looking for a nanny or au-pair to help out with our 15th month old son, both here in Peckham/Camberwell and also on our travels. Full time. Live-in or out. Beginning in Jan.

We travel about 40% of the year. The destinations range from the beautiful (California, New York) to the wet (Wales, Holland)

As well as great enthusiasm, love and experience of young children, we?re looking for someone who is:

- relaxed with a good sense of humour

- happy to travel & explore by yourself on your time off

- able to do research to find interesting and exciting kid stuff to do in any location in the world

- from an ESTA-VISA registered country (we travel a lot to the USA)

A clean driving licence & English as a first (or good second) language is a plus, but not a deal breaker.

We can offer an adventurous, exciting year with a friendly family and a very sweet baby.

  An alarmist headline I admit, but today, the 1000th day of the Ukraine conflict, saw US allow their long range missiles to be fired in to Russia. As a result, how will Russia respond, they already have said it is seen as an joint attack on Russia. Posturing, maybe, but will it result in escalation and will the UK follow Americas stance. Whilst stopping the invasion of Ukraine is important, and maybe morw should have occurred when Crimea was first occupied, where will this latest development take us ?

  ADSL over copper is obsolete, but until the copper is pulled you should be able to get a partial fibre service FTTC - (fibre to the cabinet) before full fibre to the premises (FTTP) is rolled out by BTs infrastructure subsidiary. If your current supplier doesn't offer this another will, including BT Retail, which may now be trading as EE.
