Diogenes Scratching Barrel- Beige. Bought for ?39.99 from Zooplus. I have receipt. We have had it for only one week but out cat is completely disinterested in it. It is good as brand new! Would your cat would like it - a christmas present perhaps??

Here is the Zooplus blurb:

A terrific tower for hiding, climbing, and all things fun. This sisal covered cat barrel has 3 dens and a great observation deck. Dimensions: H 75cm x diameter 36cm

This sisal covered barrel with three openings is sure to be a favourite with your cat. It is an amazing place to play, sleep, and hide. Two of the dens are connected to one another, and the third den is the perfect place to hide away or sleep. The observation deck has a soft, snuggly covering so it is a very cosy place to snooze while keeping an eye on things. ...for further information...

Reviews:

A Cat Must Have Designed It: "This scratching barrel is the best product for cats I have ever seen. It has pretty much everything a cat might wish for - hidey holes, toys, scratch.."

    • If you care about the decline in the swift population please support the lovely Hannah Bourne-Taylor in her campaign to mandate 'swift bricks' in all new properties   From her website: What are swift bricks? Zero maintenance and sustainable, swift bricks are bricks that sit flush to the wall that provide a cavity nesting habitat for swifts and other cavity nesting birds. Surveys show species include House martins, starlings, House sparrows, nuthatch, blue tit, coal tit and wren. Why swift bricks are urgently and uniquely essential Without swift bricks there is no guaranteed nesting habitat for birds reliant on building cavities anywhere in the UK – and there never will be. We are inadvertently destroying their oldcavity nesting sites through renovation, demolition and insulation, while climate mitigation measures mean modern buildings will never provide natural homes for birds. https://hannahbournetaylor.com/

    • Why are you so rude? What has race got to do with anything? That's got nothing to do with whether or not a description is posted on here  The OP said the cyclist was being pursued by the police. If that's the case, then the police will presumably have his  description, including skin colour  If you think you encountered the same cyclist and could have been seriously hurt, then tell the police. And you have lost your bet, btw. You know nothing at all about me or my background except what I have posted on this forum,  and are making assumptions based on what appears to be a total lack of understanding of the reasons for my posts.
    • Worth posting on local street Whatsapp groups? Guessing no info from door knocking.  Those def look like unneutered Tom cat cheeks. Would be brilliant if a rescue could trap and at least neuter and return if he's a stray. Ideally find him a home - he'll settle more when neutered. Poor chap xxx    HP
