Looking for one bedroom flat from mid Feb/early March

My girlfriend and I are looking to rent a one bedroom flat in the East Dulwich/Peckham area from early March (but could make it the middle of February if necessary). We are both professionals (my girlfriend is a teacher at a local primary school and I work in public affairs for charities), and we have lived in East Dulwich for the past three years and love the area.

It's perhaps a bit too early to post this, but if anyone knows of any properties that are likely to be available around that time then do let us know!

I have a two bedroom flat on Honor Oak Rd in Forest Hill, in a small block of 6 flats, near the Horniman museum. It was recently renovated, (finished yesterday!) The second room is small. It has a brand new kitchen and water system and is freshly decorated in white with a beech wood floor. The living room is open plan with one wall of glass. Communal garden.

Unfurnished. I can send images if it sounds of interest to you.
