Professionally trained classical dancer, with over 10 years experience. Combining pilates and ballet conditioning exercises through out class to strengthen the core and elongate the muscles. Body Control trained and a member of the registered exercise professionals. Suitable for everyone.

Tuesday: Improv/Inter 7.15pm

Beginners 8.25pm

Thursday: Beginners 7.15pm

Imrov/Inter 8.25pm

5 week block commencing January, very competitive prices. Please give me a call to book your place on the block as spaces are limited.
