Nanny Share Mondays, Herne Hill

We have an absolutely fabulous English nanny, Catherine (OFSTED registered with an up to date paediatric first aid certificate), who has worked for us for the last five years. We had a Monday share arrangement with another family, which finished just recently. We'd like to find another family who are looking for Monday only care.

Catherine works 7:30am to 6pm looking after our two girls, aged 8 and 5. They're both at local schools so Catherine leaves the house at 8am and 3pm to do the school runs from our home on Hollingbourne Road, SE24. Catherine looks after another baby at our house Tuesday to Thursday so we have everything for small children - high chairs, stair gates, car seats, etc. Because we value Catherine so highly, we subsidize nanny shares so another family will only pay ?7 per hour plus tax (i.e. ?7 x 1.4) and your child gets sole care while our girls are in school. We also pay the payroll costs and car insurance.

Our previous nanny shares have only finished because the other families have moved out of the area or had more children - they've all absolutely loved Catherine and children adore her. If this is something you're interested in, please PM me. Thanks, Erin

    • Yes, it would be great to see them nationalised. Along with the other water companies they seem to have a great business model: -submit a 5 year plan to the regulator asking for yearly price increases to cover the cost of improving the infrastructure and get them to approve it - carry on paying handsome dividends to shareholders and eye watering salaries to senior executives  - fail to achieve the infrastructure targets at the end of the five years, make some excuses and draw up the next plan Magic!
    • Avoid KFH. Agree with other comments that it is best to talk to lots of people.  Also, (not particularly related to the above agent), I wish I had read the reviews a lot more, rather than relying on numbers.  Depending on whether you are renting, letting, selling or buying the reviews often differ a lot depending on the relationship you have with the agent and it is worth checking whether the good/bad reviews match your situation.
