Installing a gas range cooker

I am looking for some-one who could un-hitch my current range cooker from the gas and install its replacement. The New Cooker is being delivered on Saturday 19 December (don't have a precise time yet) and the company delivering is going to take away the old one. The new cooker is exactly the same size as the old one. I intend replacing the gas hose (if that is the right word) and expecting to have the opportunity to put on the marigolds muck out the space the old cooker has inhabited for the last 16 years. Can anyone help or recommend some-one?
