artist's studio available to share

[Tut tut]

Looking for someone to share artist's studio with in Forest Hill. The studio is located in an old printworks just off stanstead road. I would only need the studio evenings and weekends, so the other occupier could have the studio weekdays, although I am open to other sharing options. Rent would only be around ?100 a month.
