Childcare for 3 children required in East Dulwich to start 4 January 2016 or asap after. Working hours: Mon-Thurs 3.30-7.00pm (14 hours / week) during term time & Mon-Thurs 8am-6pm (40 hours / week) during approx 70% or 9 weeks of school holidays pa. Additional optional babysitting. ?10/hour. Our 3 children are aged 9 years, 7 years and 4 years, all attending Goodrich School. The role is to collect the children from school and take them home which is a 5 minute walk, manage homework, dinner and activities. Ability to speak French is a plus yet not essential. CRB checked.   Yes, it would be great to see them nationalised. Along with the other water companies they seem to have a great business model: -submit a 5 year plan to the regulator asking for yearly price increases to cover the cost of improving the infrastructure and get them to approve it - carry on paying handsome dividends to shareholders and eye watering salaries to senior executives - fail to achieve the infrastructure targets at the end of the five years, make some excuses and draw up the next plan Magic!

  Avoid KFH. Agree with other comments that it is best to talk to lots of people. Also, (not particularly related to the above agent), I wish I had read the reviews a lot more, rather than relying on numbers. Depending on whether you are renting, letting, selling or buying the reviews often differ a lot depending on the relationship you have with the agent and it is worth checking whether the good/bad reviews match your situation.
