Hi! My two close friends and I are moving into a lovely four bed house 5 mins from East Dulwich station, and we are looking for another girl to join us in our home for a year. We are all 23/24 years old and looking for somebody of a similar age to us. We work in London in marketing/PR roles. We are outgoing and sociable, always keen for a glass of wine/G&T after work/going to the pub, but equally keen on staying in, watching movies and ordering a takeaway or cooking up a storm (we love cooking too!) We want to make this house a home and would really love to gain another friend when doing so.

The room is a small (but v. cosy) double with plenty of storage. The house has just been repainted etc (no pictures to upload yet as the builders are still in!!) and we are excited to move in at the beginning of Jan.

Price is ?600pcm (including internet) so will be a bit extra on top once other bills are included.
