Dulwich Books launches a series of author events at The Bedford in Balham

Dulwich Books is delighted to announce a series of events in The Bedford in Balham beginning on 14th January with an event called I Call Myself a Feminist. In February we welcome David Aaronovith and Jo McMillan to talk about Growing Up A Communist and then in March we host Ben Rawlence who spent a year living in the world's largest refugee camp and he will talk about his experiences.

14th January 7pm: I Call Myself A Feminist


An evening of readings, discussion and debate with Kate Mosse, Meltem Avcil, Amy Annette, Caroline Kent, Martha Mosse, Hajar Wright and others? ?6 entry, or ?10 entry and a copy of I Call Myself A Feminist.


11th February 7.30pm: Growing Up Communist


David Aaronovitch and Jo McMillan discuss an upbringing on the fringes of political life. ?6 entry, redeemable against purchase of Party Animals (Aaronovitch) or Motherland (McMillan).


10th March 7.30pm: Displacements


Ben Rawlence discusses life in the world?s biggest refugee camp, with others TBA. ?6 entry, redeemable against purchase of City of Thorns.
