For anyone looking for a painter decorator, I cannot recommend Jason highly enough. We've had him back for various jobs (interior and exterior), and he always does a fantastic job. Friendly, honest, and very thorough. As well as painting, he has done various bits of carpentry for us such as installing a dado rail, building alcove shelving and rebuilding rotten windows. I can’t say I understand your post. Why would private sector owners be “rubbing their hands with glee” at the prospect of having their assets renationalised? They would receive minimal or nil compensation and lose a lot in value. No private sector owner is openly or even privately calling for this
