My partner and I have just been given notice to move out of our lovely flat as our landlord is selling. We are looking for either a 1 or 2 bed in Peckham, East Dulwich, Brockley or the surrounding areas. Budget around 1250 pcm and we would be looking to move in the new year. We also have a cat!

Hello,

I have a two bedroom flat on Honor Oak Rd in Forest Hill, in a small block of 6 flats, near the Horniman museum. It was recently renovated, (finished yesterday!) The second room is small. It has a brand new kitchen and water system and is freshly decorated in white with a beech wood floor. The living room is open plan with one wall of glass. Communal garden.
