Four years time this country will be on its knees -
Who is signing the petition? If they are real people, entitled to vote in the UK, guess what? Mainly Tory and Reform voters. Not really a surprise. And the opposition have not done themselves any favours with the new leader and others signing it. Move on, and come back in four years when we have the next GE. -
How would you have phrased the letter then? And what are these services they provide that "people pay for in droves that commercially justify keeping it open"? If keeping it open was commercially justified, then presumably they wouldn't be considering closing it. Have I misunderstood you? -
Non-tribal? James was an excellent councillor, but he was Lib Dem. Is that not "tribal", then? And what are your reasons for thinking the "Labour incumbents" are not sensible or committed? And what on earth has any of that got to do with locks?!
