Adult Swimming Lessons

Hi All,

Does anyone know of any local swimming classes for adults? Ideally would be one to one sessions but would also be interested in group classes.

there are beginners, intermediate, and advanced adult lessons at crystal palace sport centre - search the Better website for info.

i have found it hard to find reasonably priced lessons - if you a feeling flush there are quite a few available across london but they can be very expensive.

I'm also keen to do adult swimming lessons-isnt the Crystal palace sports centre pool very deep for beginners and intermediate though?

Many of the swimming lessons at Crystal Palace take place in the much shallower 25m training pool.

As Ruffler mentioned, there is a 25m training pool (it's in a separate section to the 50m pool so it isn't obvious that it is there, took me a while to find it) that is waist deep.

Thanks everyone for your responses. I've also been in tomorrow ch with JAGS Sports club as some of their instructors offer adult one on one lessons. If anyone else is interested let me know and I can forward the leaflet I received.
