Recommendation for House/Rubbish Clearance etc

All -

I just wanted to say what a good service I had from "Here to Clear" last week, dismantling & removing a large garden shed, as well as various bulky items of unwanted furniture from my house. They tell me they'll do any house or garden clearance; or even removals (as long as you don't mind your things being transported in their open-topped van).

Prices seemed very reasonable to me: I paid for a full truck load, but they offer pro rata rates for 1/2- or 1/4-loads. The two of them were very friendly and worked hard. And they thoroughly cleaned up all debris to leave the site nice and tidy.

  I also recommend Energie in Forest Hill. good value and a proper mix of ages and men and women. Pretty quiet after 10am as well. Its handy for 176 and 185 buses and if you have a car the car park behind Sainsbury's is free for two hours and free all day on Sunday. You'll need to have the PayByPhone app.

  We used John Clements at LEAD, he practices at the Tessa Jowell centre. Jon and Charlie the speech & language therapist were both great. Highly recommended.

  I passed Malabar Feast earlier today, and it said "Under New Management" . Apart from the soggy dosas, which I don't think should be on the delivery menu, I really hope they don't change the rest of the menu, or the chef/s, because it is our go to (bad choice of words) delivery place of choice, and absolutely everything else we have had there has been delicious.
