If you need a good reliable plumber I highly recommend J Powers and his team, has done several jobs in my flat over the last few years, more recently last week whilst I was away and my wife and daughter found themselves with no heating on a very cold day, he was able to come within a few hours and repair the heater- he knew what the problem was from a conversation on the phone, and had a spare fan with him to fix the problem!

Nice guy, knowledgeable, usually available at short notice and very reasonably priced.
