Short term let in East Dulwich available!

Unfortunatly our short term tenant pulled out last minute and we now have our lovely 2 bedroom flat availalbe to rent from 03 Dec 2015 to 11 Jan 2016!

It's a fully furnished, two-bedroom split-level maisonette (Victorian conversion) on Landcroft Road (SE22). The flat is in a quiet location, 15 mins walking distance from East Dulwich station, bus stop for busses to East Dulwich, Denmark Hill and Peckham Rye station just across the street. Just off Lordship Lane it?s close to all shops, restaurants, pubs and amenities and Dulwich Park is 5 min walk away.

It's ideal for a couple but can also be let to two people as a flat share. We are ideally looking to rent it out for the whole duration we?re away but dates can be flexible.

No smoking in the flat, no pets please. Rent can be agreed.

  Who is signing the petition? If they are real people, entitled to vote in the UK, guess what? Mainly Tory and Reform voters. Not really a surprise. And the opposition have not done themselves any favours with the new leader and others signing it. Move on, and come back in four years when we have the next GE.

  How would you have phrased the letter then? And what are these services they provide that "people pay for in droves that commercially justify keeping it open"? If keeping it open was commercially justified, then presumably they wouldn't be considering closing it. Have I misunderstood you?
