I'm looking for a spacious 2 bedroom flat to rent,furnished or unfurnished. The prefer area is within Southwark council: East Dulwich Denmark Hill,Camberwell,Peckham,Berdmonsey,Elephant and Castle,Etc. If need to move to another council wouldn't mine neither.

We been living at the same address for over 7 years,can provide reference from Landlord.

We are a couple over 60 years old,both of us receiving pension credit and Housing Benefit.

Budget ?1300 Approx. Available to move in ASAP.

Hello,

Were renting our 2 bed flat in Anerly, 2 mins walk to the train station.

It's available from next week (we're just giving it a tidy up and re paint now) and can be either fully or part furnished.

It's ?1100 a month and is available for at least 6 months, it's going on the market next spring/summer but we can give plenty of notice and have a bit of flexibility hence the low rent.
