Hello

Just looking for quick bit of info before the forum shuts - I am paying my nanny on a monthly basis but am confused about how to work this out. I know that i will be paying her a net wage then sorting her tax and NI separately but how do i work out her monthly net sum? If, for ex, I was paying her ?200 per week net do I just set up a direct debit for 4 times that (i.e. four weeks)to get her monthly sum or do you do that thing of timing by 52 (for weeks) then dividing by 12 (for months)?

Sorry, maths has never been my forte!

Any help much appreciated.

    • Apart from being yet another eyesore in our lovely park the track is going to be 5 metres wide, that’s wider than my living room! By the time this is installed it will be too late for people to object. This must be rethought, even more of our park is being given over to GALA. The council didn’t factor in HGV access when they planned the flood alleviation works and now they expect park goers to suffer further. Complaints might help, worth a try but needs to be before the consultation ends on Feb 10th
    • It is absolutely real, I walked past the site, complete with car and trashed wall, at about 2pm this afternoon.
    • Oh ok, I'm even more confused now then. Have you seen the discussion on the dangerous driving thread?
    • Sue - I promise you that was no fake photo, not sure that I'm even capable to that.  I took the picture about 12:15 today.
