Noone ever returned my calls or managed to book one for few year-I have tried 10 time,but on and off.Now moved house and opting for electrical .Good luck

We recently bought from Kirkdale Pianos. Liam who runs the shop is bonkers but funny and experienced. Might be easier to stop by the shop on a Saturday than get him on the phone. The shop itself is worth a visit, especially if he lets you into his "office".

Thanks for the recommendation for Andy Howard - you're right, he did respond quickly and he came over today to tune our piano. He's a very nice guy and the piano is sounding great.
