Love & Light, Yajna

Just wanted to recommend this (mainly so it carries on and I can continue going!). Very glad I went last night. Is very 'guided' meditation which really helped me to focus and not drift off into my own thoughts. I've not been to any of Yajna's other classes yet, but I was impressed. Can still feel the effects today.
I can second newgirl's recommendation - I regularly attend Yajna's yoga classes and tried the meditation class last night for the first time which was a lovely deep guided meditation. I feel very de-stressed for it today!

Thanks for the lovely feedback - glad you enjoy the classes :)

Sorry, the link to my website is down at the moment. Hopefully up and running again within 1-2 days (so it has been promised...) - please keep checking! In the meantime either please contact me on 07748347900 or email [email protected].

The meditation class is ?11 (1h) and the workshop on 28th November ?25 (2.5h). Other yoga classes (open level and pregnancy yoga) are ?12 (75min). I also offer wonderfully relaxing and invigorating massage treatments :) from 30-90min, and yoga-massage packages (90-120min). Location is: The Yoga Room, 47 The Gardens, Se22 9Qq, East Dulwich (near Peckham Rye park)

I am going along to this tonight for the third time. Just thought I'd remind EDforum users that it is on as it only started last month and I am keen for it to continue. Would highly recommend for anyone who needs a little mid-week headspace and (like me) finds it hard to meditate without guidance. Thanks!

I've just been to my first pregnancy yoga class at the Yoga Room and I just wanted to recommend to everyone. Lovely setting and a great teacher. I've been really suffering with this pregnancy so it was very much appreciated and just what was needed.

Will be returning and also booking in to have a massage.

I regularly attend Yajna's classes, and can also vouch for the Wednesday meditation. A perfect way to break up the week and remain productive as I head towards the weekend. I encourage anyone who might be interested to come along!

    • Malumbu, you were saying to posters on here "well where else will the money come from" and this highlights one of the major challenges for Labour. Take the very issue being discussed on health related benefit claims. When you look at the data on what has been happening it really shows what a problem it has become but, of course, a Labour government can't possibly attack that area in the same way they go after others - it's easy for Labour to attack the perceptual cruise-going pensioners, toffs at private school and (with less effectiveness) rich land owning farmers. Liz Kendall was on Laura K on Sunday and you could tell talking about the issue (which the government clearly have to deal with) was really difficult because what they are going to have to do is very un-Labour because the situation is out of control and they have to get on top of it.
    • and were people like you worried about "cutting hiring, prices going up and new business not starting" under the last govt or as a result of brexit I don't have labour blinkers - I didn't even vote labour at the election.  But do take a look at the data for that petition - and see how many actually come from UK
    • Take your labour blinkers off sir, Businesses are cutting hiring, prices will go up and new businesses won't start all as a result in the NI hike for employers  Talking down the country pre budget also knocked consumer confidence  Tomorrow labour are goung to announce getting young people into education or employment, yet with the above where will those jobs come from ?  The three people who sent the pertition to me are all small business owners who are taking the brunt of the changes introduced in the budget, one is even talking about closing as it impacts margins so heavily.  This is why people are unhappy. Labour hog tied themselves by promising no tax rises on working people and now the economy is suffering.  Take the red pill sir, not the blue one.
