fractionater
They're probably going after those trying to "cross the border" from Peckham into E.Dul!They should put guns on the chopper! TillieTrotter
Thinking about it, could it have been connected to the dual stabbings in Camberwell? Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/829-police-helicopter-last-night/#findComment-20148 Share on other sites

ratty
I watched it from the garden, waved, and then tried to bring it down with the power of thought. When that didn't work I went in and watched telly! giddygecko
Perhaps the noise from the low flying helicopter will scare the young cat out of its hidey hole in Landells Rd??? 2 birds with one stone so to speak...GG Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/829-police-helicopter-last-night/#findComment-20522 Share on other sites

Amelie
The noise made round here by the police and the ambulance service drives me mad, and if you complain they effectively allege that you are jeopardising public safety by asking them to turn it down. I keep meaning to write to Ken and ask him to do something about it, but am not convinced it would achieve anything. Asset
I lived at the Elephant & Castle for many years before ED and it was like a war zone with helicopters and sirens. It's positively quiet here compared. Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/829-police-helicopter-last-night/#findComment-21697 Share on other sites

ruffers
That's what I was thinking, before moving here I was behind the Tesco on OKR, it was a strange night if there was't one circling overhead. Domitianus
Good point about the Sam. Once you had located someone called Sam you could give him a missile to shoot down the helicopter!
