front garden cleared

Hi,

Can anyone recommend someone reasonable to clear out my front garden? it has lots of weeds, grass, bricks, some strange rockery shaped thing ( all thanks to the lady who lived in the house before us!!!!). we've been quoted some rocket sky high prices already, so I am hoping someone can help!

Also my back garden which is fairly large needs to be mowed down- any recommendations for someone to do this? we would be looking to have a regular gardener tidy this up.
