I second this. It's not been so bad lately but there was a time when it was a permanent feature of this stretch of road, including at the bus shelter opposite FHT so you have to skip just in time to avoid it as you get off the bus. Ironically, there is a dog sign painted on the ground on the corner of Marmora Rd.

Yay Sam! You're in business! Hope the walk proves useful taking into account other people's comments here, and I am sorry I can not come with you. I hope other folks from here though who can attend, will come along and meet you and identify problems along the way for you or your colleagues to sort out.

Agree that because of the few who don't bag it is a problem, but you imply that there are many that don't- what is your evidence? Remember dogs go at least twice a day, it would only take one or two offenders to create a significant amount of dog poo in the area. As I keep saying, those who show selfish beahviour in this area are as likely to show it in others, I have a big problem about broken glass, gum and chicken bones that seem to be everywhere too.

    • We are currently actively seeking new sales instructions on properties in East Dulwich, Peckham, Camberwell and surrounding areas.   We set up No-Flies as an independent property sales agency in April 2013. Our success has been in no small part due to this wonderful forum. This month is, therefore, our twelfth anniversary and to mark the event we are offering the following special fixed fees for sole agency instructions received in April and May 2025.   Flats - £4,000 (plus VAT) irrespective of value. Houses - £7,000 (plus VAT) irrespective of value. Fees only payable on a successful sale of course.    For those of you that are unfamiliar with us, we are a small local agency set up by two local residents - one an estate agent and one a former solicitor. We provide a full service (including valuation, marketing, escorted viewings with 24 hour feedback, negotiation and sales progression) and have a 5 star Google review rating and very large numbers of client testimonials on this forum on this and various other threads.   By choosing No-Flies your home will be marketed on both Rightmove and Zoopla, as well as our own website and, as there are only two of us at No-Flies, you will, at all times, be dealing with one of the directors of the company rather than more junior staff.    For more information or to arrange a valuation visit, please give us a call on 020 7737 8047, email us at info@no-flies.co.uk or send us a DM on here.
