Hello

Putting this one in lounge as not technically East dulwich related. Current ed resident but halfway through a purchase of a house in Sydenham. Just got the property info forms and seen that the school that house backs on to is planning on doing fairly major construction works. They have not made any planning application yet so no info on council website etc. Longshot but do any Sydenham lurkers on here know what they plan to do? I have emailed school directly and will call tomorrow. Have posted on Sydenham forum but not sure if anyone goes on there! No replies yet! The school in question is Our Lady and St Philip Neri.

When I looked around the infant school last year (currently on Mayow Road) they said that the plan was to close that building in the next couple of years and move the whole school to the Sydenham Rd site. Sorry I have no idea about what exactly is going to be built but I guess this is the reason for building works.
