Looking for LOCAL Children's Charities - please nominate!

Hello,

We are organising a fabulous charity event in the spring of 2016 and we are looking for 5 local children's charities to get involved and support. We want all proceeds to go to these local children's charities.

Please can you help us by nominating a charity, telling us a bit more about them and your involvement and as to why we should consider them? It must be local and it must support children and their families. (We are not looking to enagage with the larger ones).

This unique ED / Dulwich / Peckham / Nunhead community fundraising event is going to take place in the spring of 2016 and it involves an outdoor activity for both children and parents.

  On another thread it says that the next meeting is in the evening. But I'm any case, there must be other ways to ask the question rather than direct to the police, eg via councillors, MP or mayor's office.
