It has a lovely town garden (small but well managed with a gardener who pops in), and all amenities expected within a flat. It is partly furnished (sofas/tables and chairs/some bedroom furniture). It is within walking distance to both Nunhead and Peckham Rye stations and sits just on the other side of the rye. It has wooden floors and carpeted stairs. There is a separate utility room which can be used as an office space (which is what I used it for).

Rent: ?1350 pcm. It would suit a professional couple. Although it has space for more than a couple I only want two people to live there. (No animals pls). Hana
