Granny Nanny meet-up : any grandmas looking after their grandchildren & fancy a meet-up?

Hi everyone -

My mum looks after 8 month old my daughter every Monday. She comes up from Winchester and doesn't know people round here and we thought it would be fun to organise for other grandmothers who look after their grandchildren to meet up. Maybe in the mornings for a walk in the park or play dates?

Anyway let me know if anyone out there is interested and thinks its a good idea.

  On another thread it says that the next meeting is in the evening. But I'm any case, there must be other ways to ask the question rather than direct to the police, eg via councillors, MP or mayor's office.
