I hope you and your Little One's had a spooktacular time yesterday for their Halloween Celebrations! And if your Little One doesn't want to hang up their costume just yet then 'Superhero Training' is back tomorrow and we do have some spaces on the 3pm session, so come down for a FREE TASTER! Our training takes place at St Barnabas Parish Hall in Dulwich Village... All you need to do is give me a call or drop me a line with the age and name of your Little Superhero wannabe and I can get them booked straight on!   Is there any way of soundproofing a single glazed sash window? Would polythene sheeting work? If I replaced the window, I would have triple glazing, but it's a small room used as an office which I'm not in all that often, so I really don't want to go to that expense.

  You must have been very unlucky, they are usually very helpful. Didn't your GP advise you on what strength to get? Any issues with delivery from online orders pale into insignificance when compared with the advantages of not having to trek from shop to shop comparing availability and prices of what you want, and then having to find someone in each place who can tell you about it, and then hoping that they have given you the correct information! And then having to lug it all home, if it is heavy stuff. Assuming you were lucky enough to find what you wanted in the first place. Been there, done that for decades, don't want to do it any more thanks 😀
