FOUND BLACK CAT BARRY ROAD

We have just found a large-ish black cat outside our house on Barry Road, meowing a lot outside our house, seemed very scared with all the Halloween busy-ness going on. It has a reflective/silvery zig-zag pattern collar with a plastic catch, but no name/phone number. We will keep it inside for now - send me a message if this is your cat and we will get it back to you.
