Jamma
My little one is mad for the yoga bit in Waybuloo on CBeebies. Does anyone know of any local yoga lessons for parents and toddlers? bli
Sure I saw something recently about yoga for children held at Bellenden Therapies (on Bellenden Road). Might be worth ringing them? redjam
My kids (4 and 2) also love doing the poses off Waybuloo. I was thinking about getting them a yoga video from Father Christmas, but the ones on Amazon seem to get mixed reviews. Anyone bought a yoga vid they would particularly recommend (or not)? Will check out the classes mentioned above, too, thanks - though not sure my kids would last the distance with a whole class... yogabeez
Great to see all this interest in yoga for children. Yes its true - it does exist... and works wonders! Please see my website www.yogabeez.com for details about classes in the area. The nearest studio classes are currently in Brockley and Beckenham (various classes for ages ranging from 3 - 12 yrs). We are however looking to start up a parent and child class in East Dulwich if there is enough interest. This would be a morning class running during term times - 6 sessions for ?42, focussing primarily on the child's yoga. If you are interested please email me on [email protected].Namaste :)) Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/8096-yoga-for-toddlers/#findComment-256008 Share on other sites
