I have a convertible woombie for sale like this one:

Suitable for 3 -6 months and great for transitioning out of the swaddle. It allows more freedom and eventually converts into a sleeping bag as the arms can be released. Only used for a few weeks.

  On another thread it says that the next meeting is in the evening. But I'm any case, there must be other ways to ask the question rather than direct to the police, eg via councillors, MP or mayor's office.
