Short let, minimum 2 beds, 6-8 weeks from January

Hi. We are having building works done and wondered if anyone had a short let flat available to rent Jan and Feb. We are a family of 4, and would be happy with a flat anywhere in ED, dulwich, Sydenham, forest hill, Beckenham etc
