Suggested feature - continue as a new thread

It is fairly clear that discussion can wander away from the original topic, and often the new topic is worthy of discussion. Sometimes it would be useful to quote the existing text and start a new topic (maybe in a different section - voluntary lounging).

Something like

XXXX said in thread "YYYY YYYY YYYY"

> zzz zzz zzz zzzz zzzzz

New content........

Of course this might be a lot of work and I guess it could be achieved manually.
