Hello,

A certified Ashtanga and Vinyasa Flow yoga teacher, I teach both groups and individuals in East Dulwich, and have a couple of new slots now available for 121 sessions. Whether you live with back pain, feel a bit stiff after a period of inactivity, or are looking to up your yoga practice, I work with individuals of all abilities.

  Thanks for the offer of scanning but he is always far enough away from me so he doesn't let me touch him but if he gets more friendly I will contact you for help scanning. I'm also not on the streets WhatsApp or facebook groups so if anyone could repost the picture of this cat on these groups would be helpful .
