We have a spacious 2 bedroom flat to let near the roundabout off Lordship Lane, East Dulwich, which is a few minutes walk to the train station. It is furnished and split level with lots of light and has a spacious living room. The bathroom has a separate shower to the bath and the flat has 2 separate toilets. It has a fully fitted kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher. It is fully double glazed and has a new combination boiler. The flat is very secure and warm and close to all required amenities.

We cannot take benefits so it is for working professionals.

Available at beginning of December for long term only.

No agents please.

References and 1 month deposit required.

The rent is ?1350 per calendar month exclusive of utility bills and council tax. As we are not using agents we are keeping the rent lower than it should be.

  Another big thumbs up for Will from me. I've had bass lessons with Will over the past year after a 30 year break, and they've been great. He approached our lessons from a songwriting perspective, which was perfect for my needs. I played bass in a band for a few years in the 1990s but never really knew what I was doing. A year with Will has given me a far better understanding of music theory and how bass relates to other instruments in a band. Thank you Will!

  Hi How about finding a neighbour with a cat and arranging reciprical cat feeding? I have always found that as long as they are fed once or twice a day cats are fine on their own for 2 or 3 weeks. Much better than they would be in a cattery.
