Police blockage

anyone knows why the police blocked about a hour ago 00:45 (45 mins after midnight) Brenchley Gardens to Forest Hill Road?

Has been blocked off since about 8pm, serious incident took place.

The police car though let people drive like 500m to do a u turn instead of blocking the junction. probably they had not enough cars to have an extra one.

is it blocked this morning?
