Short term flat / room to rent during building work (6-8 weeks)

Hi,

My fianc?e and I are looking for a temporary space to rent whilst we refurbish our house in Nunhead. Ideally we need somewhere for 6-8 weeks from early November.

The only problem is that we are really limited on budget so our max budget is ?1000 per month. Ideally we would love to find a 1 bed flat - but also open to a room in a shared house.
