Iceland Penge "Great Service".

Approximately every four to six weeks we place an on line order with Iceland for home delivery.

This obviously consists mostly of frozen food but we add soft drinks eggs biscuits and a few other items.

Unfortunately yesterdays delivery included two broken eggs in our pack of six. I phoned the Penge store from whence it came, the phone was answered promptly and I explained the problem. The staff member I spoke to was extremely polite and apologetic and said they would replace with another six eggs, I explained that only two were broken, but was told they would replace the six free of charge, within the hour. I received a phone call about twenty minutes later to say the driver was on his way and sure enough I received a new pack of six eggs. Excellent service.
