Shihtzu hit by car near ED station

Male shihtzu (?) dog was hit by a car near ED station tonight at 9.15. No collar and no obvious sign of chip. Limping quite badly. He is currently being looked after by the owner of Therapy on Melbourne Grove whilst they wait for the RSPCA to come out.

Getting the dog to an emergency vet might have been better than waiting for the rspca.

Also the only way to know if there's a chip is from a scanner. Hope he recovers and finds his owner.
