RE: Anybody know about plans for development end of Ivanhoe Road?

I've heard rumours that there's either a planning application or possibly something to do with the removal of mature trees down the end of Ivanhoe Road (the cul-de sac end) that's happening this Tuesday possibly up at the council officers in Tooley Street?

Has anybody heard anything along these lines? A number of mature trees were taken down a while back, much to local outrage.
