Crystal Palace Road - Tax in the post?

Cycling down Crystal Palace Road this morning I saw a small fleet of DVLC vehicles clamping some cars and lifting others away, presumably because they had no tax disks. Suspect someone out there may be wondering where his or her pride and joy is tonight?.

Aha, one of those cars is my mates, and he phoned DVLA up yesterday to ask them to scrap it! They work quick I see!
